port side centerboard hull reinforcement

The port side hull reinforcement webs are seen here temporarily placed into position.  The numbers correspond to triangular foam fillet pieces that have been prepared in anticipation of bonding the entire assembly into position.

so i assume the webs get glassed in with some fairly substantial glass schedule?

any idea what magnitude of forces you could expect there as a result of centerboard pressure? i guess you could calculate a max value based on centerboard wetted area, the moment arm it represents, and the max force applied to sails that pushes the boat in the horizonal directionthat the centerboard must resist to keep the boat from sideslipping. probably a big number..
